Business users create, configure and schedule agents that reach beyond content into CRM, ERP, finance and HR — with AgentCore Gateway and Identity governing credentials, and AI processing inside the AWS Sydney region.
Stack9 AI Studio
The native interface where your AI Agent configurators tune prompts, tools, guardrails and model selection, replay any conversation step by step, score versions against an approved evaluation set, and promote or roll back a version in seconds — under change control.
MCP tools over platform functions
Stack9 platform functions are exposed to agents and chatbot interfaces via MCP, using the same enterprise identity and permission model as the rest of the platform. Every function call is secured through your own IdP.

Data segregation for DXP record types — pages, campaigns, forms, files — inside a single tenant, with shared assets still governed centrally.

Curated weekly email covering deliverability and performance for both transactional and marketing sends, with links into the detailed reports.

Dynamic marketing lists
Marketing lists that sync automatically from Stack9 Core datasources — set the rules once instead of exporting and importing contacts.
AI prompt-to-app
Describing application and workflow requirements in natural language and generating them directly. This is roadmap, not shipped — Stack9 Console remains the supported configuration layer, and will stay fully supported for power users who want precise control.
SEO and media tooling
Redirect management without touching code, automatic sitemap generation, and an improved Media Gallery.
Alignment with the AWS service roadmap
Stack9 is built to use AWS-native services by default, so new AWS capability tends to arrive as Stack9 capability. Bedrock AgentCore was the most recent example.
Your Investment Is Protected, Not Periodically Written Off
Providing a major-version upgrade path without forcing a costly rebuild is a core platform commitment. April9 rebuilds and deploys both the Core base image and each client instance image, so you never manage an upgrade yourself. You can stay on an LTS version as long as its dependencies still receive security patches — bounded by that, not indefinite.
