April9 is a Brisbane-based software company with over 10 years in business and a fully onshore Australian team of developers, architects and delivery specialists. ISO 27001-certified for more than five years and an AWS partner, we work with government and enterprise clients on our own Stack9 platform — as the platform owner and the implementation and support provider, not one paired with the other.
Our Mission
Most organisations building portals, internal tools or digital experiences face the same choice: buy a packaged product that cannot flex to their requirements, or commission a custom build that cannot evolve without bespoke development for every change. Stack9 exists in the gap between them — a configurable, low-code platform where entities are defined once and the structures, APIs and screens are generated, power users configure on top, and developers build a new building block once before it becomes reusable.

A fully onshore Australian team, with support delivered exclusively by that team. No offshore support tier. Production, backups, disaster recovery and AI processing all stay inside Australian AWS regions.
Evolve, do not re-platform
Providing a major-version upgrade path without forcing a costly rebuild is a core platform commitment. We consider forced re-implementation on major upgrades poor practice and design against it.

Stack9 grew out of client delivery, and new capability built for one client becomes optionally available to every instance — because everyone runs the same underlying codebase.
